1572 €

per month, net starting salary (excluding mutual deduction).

During your first years as a legionnaire, up to and including the rank of corporal (2 to 4 years), you are provided with free clothing, food, and lodging.

Your pay is equivalent to your civilian salary. It is specific to each individual, as its calculation takes into account numerous criteria, the main ones being:

Your rank
Your seniority
Your family situation
Your qualifications acquired within the Legion
Your mobility allowance

Holidays

45 working days / year.

To the salary can be added various bonuses or allowances:

Field training
External missions
Paratroopers premium (parachute regiment) ...
